Q: How big is the GDLpc file to download?
A: The GDLpc file is approximately a 72mb .exe setup file.

Q: Can I buy an amount of licenses that is not defined by one of you packages?
A: Yes. Please contact us to arrange specific amounts.

Q: How long would an average student use GDLpc?
A: GDLpc gameplay is designed for approximately 25-30 minutes per use. Students tend to use GDLpc many times.

Q: GDLpc seems to be too big for my computer screen.
A: The software has a fixed resolution at 1024x768. If it appears to be too big for your screen, most likely your screen resolution is set to 800x600. To correct the problem, change your screen resolution to 1024x768. In windows, the screen resolution options can be found under the display settings tab. To get to the display settings tab follow:

> Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Settings (Tab)

Once on the display settings tab, move the screen resolution slider until it reads 1024x768. Then click Apply or OK.

Q: After I download the Mac version... my Mac says "cannot mount this volume."
A: This problem is a result of an error during download. To correct this problem... re-download the file. If your download link has expired... send us an email and we'll set you up with a new link.

Q: On my Mac, GDL installed ok, but there is no "GDL" icon in the program folder to start the application. There is just a GDL folder that OSX indicates that the file is corrupt or has an error.
A:We've fix for this problem! Download the GDL.zip patch to your desktop and double click to unzip the file. Then move the GDL file (cut and paste) the Genomics Digital Lab folder, copying over the older file.
